My goal is to help you identify and reach your goal. I am committed to helping clients increase their level of behavioral health and wellness and develop skills to effectively maintain it. I specialize in change management, helping clients to cope with change and take the necessary steps to make a change. I have worked with adults in addressing a variety life challenges – anxiety, depression, stress management, grief and loss, abuse, violence, and chronic pain, just to name a few. My experience includes school counseling and working with students and parents to develop strategies to effectively address learning differences. I am prepared to help clients take the steps necessary to better cope with and manage the challenges, changes, and choices with which they are struggling. Finding time to seek and access help can be a challenge, so convenient appointments are offered evenings, early morning, and Saturdays.
